ADEQ Water Quality Permit, Operator, and Service Fees will be updated on Aug 1, 2025
In accordance with Arizona Administrative Code (18 A.A.C. 14), the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) is required to update all permitting and service fees based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) to account for cost increases.
The updated fees will be effective on August 1, 2025, and will be based on the CPI calculations that should be released July 15, 2025. No action is required of you at this time, the increased fees will be reflected in future invoicing.
